WHAT do you ship?
All our products are shipped to you direct to the address that you provide. Please insure accuracy of the address you provide in the ‘shipping address’ part of your order.

WHEN do you ship?
Once your order is received, processing begins that day. Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.

WHERE do you ship to?
Our products can be shipped to any known address in the world, with no restrictions.   It’s 100% natural!!

HOW do you ship?
We ship using USPS within the United States.   For international addresses, we use UPS, standard shipping rates apply. You have the option to choose a shipping upgrade during the ordering process.

RATES to ship?
Our shipping rates are displayed during the ordering process.   This includes upgrades to shipping if desired.

Can I track my order?
To track your order, it would have to be shipped via UPS instead of USPS at an additional cost.

In-store pick up option?
There are no store locations to provide personal pick-up of orders. Your order will be discreetly sent to the address you provide.

Recycling of packing materials?
We use recyclable material for shipping. We would not want to damage the very source of our product, Nature.
